Extremely attentive service, communication ran without problems, emails were answered very quickly. The clothing we ordered is of incredibly good quality - the fabrics are of very high quality, conscientiously processed and are convincing across the board. I ordered a costume for city tours here, I am very satisfied and I constantly receive compliments on it. If you are looking for quality, the costume chest is the right choice!

Ordering was very straightforward. Very, very friendly and competent employee on the phone who helped me get my clothes shipped within a few hours (I wasn't expecting that and I was very happy) The employee was also able to help me with the quality and size. Everything fits perfectly. Sometimes like a glove. She didn't lie about the quality either - it's top. Yes, the shipping costs were €5.90. But I don't think there's any other way. And if I know that the service is so courteous / uncomplicated / fast then I accept it.

I have now dealt with this shop several times for the same item. Apart from the fact that the sizes are significantly too big and you therefore have to return items, you are left with the entire postage costs. When it was subsequently delivered, the color of the material was completely wrong and they refused to acknowledge this on the phone. Now I was able to make a return, but only via GLS. There was no concession from costume chest. And based on the terms and conditions, I'm stuck with the postage costs paid. I have rarely seen a shop that is so customer-unfriendly and disguises a return due to a product defect as an attempt to cancel. I really can't explain the good reviews and advise everyone not to buy from this shop. If you want to see for yourself: The picture on the left is the product I received (even the value of the goods is lower than in the shop). On the right is the product as advertised in the shop.
